Tarot, Mystics, and The Occult

Here's the illustration I did for the upcoming Tarot, Mystics, and the Occult show at the Light Gray Art Lab! The show opens October, 19th and the party is on the 26th, so if you're in Minneapolis around then, then you should definitely come see it! I'm sure it'll be amazing! It always is. Oh, by the way, if you can't tell, I got the 6 of cups.

Brown Bear, Brown Bear

Normally I paint everything. But when I sketched this little drawing tonight, I didn't want to spend all that time painting it, so I just colored it in in Photoshop instead. I NEVER color in photoshop, but I must admit, it was a nice change of pace, and I learned a lot of new things!

Here are a couple of quick illustrations of Shelley Duvall from The Shining. These are a lot of fun to do so I think I'm just gonna keep going on with them until I get board. Eventually, if I have enough, maybe I'll make a zine! I don't really like that Shelley has no face, but I've come to the realization that I'm absolutely terrible at drawing likenesses. So if there is anyone out there that's good at that sort of thing, any tips would be greatly appreciated!
